Time Lapse
I made a time lapse of Jack painting Isaac's house at Rental Gallery for the Still House Group show.
Still House Show
A bunch of people I know are in an art collective called The Still House and I helped them set up for their show the other day. The opening was last night, but if you are in the area, you should definitely check out their work at Rental Gallery on E. Broadway and Allen. You can also check out some more photos on my flickr.

Great Idea
"The device consists of a photo sensor unit and a display unit. Both are one-square-meter stripboard panels made of epoxy. The sensor unit consists of a 50×50 grid of photo-conductors that have their counterparts in the 50×50 grid of light bulbs on the display unit. Things start to get pretty crazy when you throw in the 7500 meters of magnet wire that connect the 2500 pixel sensor unit to the display unit.
You should be able to put together how this works. The sensors pick up light and then effect the brightness of the corresponding light bulbs."

Interview Portraits - Jeff
Was going to interview my friends about the Brooklyn Banks closing, but it turns out they aren't really closing, the city is only using some of the space. The banks will be temporarily closed from January til the summer next year. Not bad.
No skateboarding sites really talked about it that much, had to read an interview with Steve Rodriguez on a fixed gear blog.

Dominant Legs
I went and saw Girls play a couple of weeks ago and their bass player was some dude that kind of looks like what Edward Furlong would have looked like when he was 24 if he didn't get fat. Turns out he is in another SF based band called Dominant Legs, which kicks just as much ass as Girls. Check out their video for their song "Just the Silly Ones".
